Jednou z\u00a0nejcenn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed Bab\u00ed hory je tzv. alp\u00ednsk\u00fd vegeta\u010dn\u00ed stupe\u0148, kter\u00fd pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 posledn\u00ed \u00fasek (od cca 1650 m n. m. a\u017e k\u00a0vrcholu nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edmu se ve v\u00fd\u0161ce 1725 m n. m.) t\u00e9to t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 mystick\u00e9 hory op\u0159eden\u00e9 legendami a tajemstv\u00edmi. Tento vegeta\u010dn\u00ed stupe\u0148 se v Polsku vyskytuje pouze na nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch vrcholech \u2013 krom\u011b Bab\u00ed hory je najdeme jen v\u00a0Tatr\u00e1ch a Krkono\u0161\u00edch. Proto Bab\u00ed hora pat\u0159\u00ed k\u00a0nejcenn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ekosyst\u00e9m\u016fm v\u00a0celost\u00e1tn\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku.
